When is the terminal open?
The terminal is open daily from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM
Does the airport have a lost and found?
Please call the airport administrative office at 775-777-7191 Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Where is the after-hours rental car key drop box located?
The after-hours car rental key drop boxes are located outside the northwest terminal entrance. The drop boxes are located to the right of the sliding doors. Rental cars should be parked in the lot located on the northwest side of the terminal building.

Where do I charge my electronic device?
There are desks and chairs located in the baggage claim area where you can charge your electronic device for free.
Where is the pet relief area located?
There is a pet relief area located outside the terminal building on the North side as indicated on the map below.

Where is the airport administration office located?
The airport administrative office is located on the south side of the airport terminal building. Access can only be made by walking around the building to the door located at the end of the building.

Who do I contact regarding lost luggage?
Please proceed to the ticket counter in the terminal building and ring the bell for service. If there are no staff present please call the airline.

How early do I need to arrive for my flight?
We recommend you arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled departure.

How do I travel with a firearm?
Please visit the Transportation Security Administration requirements for traveling with a firearm or ammunition. You may only check firearms with baggage. You cannot take the firearm with you through security.

Parking FAQ's

Where do I pay for parking?
There are two options to pay for parking:
You may pay for parking at the automated kiosk inside the terminal. 
You may also pay at the automated kiosk located at the exit lane of the parking lot.

All major credit cards are accepted. Cash and check are not accepted.
How long may I leave my vehicle in the airport parking lot?
You may leave the vehicle for as long as you need for travel. The daily rate is $10 per day.
What is the daily parking rate?
The first two hours of parking are free. All parking over 2 hours is charged at a rate of $10 per day.
